Raynaud Imari Collection

Raynaud Imari Collection
New Raynaud Imari dinnerware, designed by Olivier Maillefer, is elaborated in all shades of colors and motifs and is an elegant reinterpretation of traditional Japanese Imari. Imari is the name given to porcelains made in Japan on the island of Kyūshū that are adorned with cobalt blue and iron red. They magnify Japanese floral art and combine elements from the plant kingdom and the mineral world. Designer, Olivier Maillefer, delicately drew and hand-painted each element before reproducing it on porcelain, creating a profusion of gold and 17 colors.
