Gien Tulipes Noires pattern pays homage to the regal tulip, the official flower of the court of Louis XIV. The black color of the tulipes on the creamy white Gien base accentuates the graphic effect bringing a contemporary modernity to Gien Tulipes Noires, an otherwise classic toile style pattern.
